RETREAT DIRECTOR (Joining 2027)

Cassie will be stepping into a leadership role as Retreat Director, supporting the guest experience and helping shape the future of Total Health Retreats. Bringing a natural gift for holding space, guiding groups, and fostering emotional safety, she will contribute to the evolution of our programs with compassion, presence, and intuitive insight.

As the next generation of leadership, Cassie will gradually take on responsibilities within facilitation, guest support, and program development—integrating her own strengths into the heart of Total Health Retreats.

Her grounded, empathetic approach and deep commitment to personal growth make her a meaningful addition to the team and a key part of the long-term vision for our retreat community.
